    I live in Chandler AZ (Phoenix) I really want to start a fleet, but I have small capital. I have inherited a Honda Insight hybrid 2013 36,000 miles that I plan to list on HyreCar and eventually start building a fleet with my profits. What is your opinion on HyreCar? And is this a good move in my situation?
